Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nikola Zivanovic (Bulevar Kralja Petra I 27, Novi Sad, 21000, Serbia), who runs TrippyDory (“we”, “us”). They apply to the TrippyDory app for Android and the web app at trippydory.com (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

TrippyDory is a trip planner. You can plan trips day by day, get suggestions from AI, share trips with friends, keep booking references, files and travel documents, and keep a photo journal. Some features need a paid Pro plan (see pricing).

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use TrippyDory.
• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time, in the app under Profile → Delete account. That deletes your data as the privacy policy describes.

Your content

Your trips, photos, notes and files stay yours. You let us store them and show them to you and to the people you choose: friends you share a trip with, and everyone on TrippyDory when you show a trip in Explore. You can stop sharing or remove a trip from Explore at any time. Only upload what you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don’t use TrippyDory to:

• break the law, or upload anything illegal, harmful, hateful or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• harass other users, or share their information without their permission;
• get into other people’s accounts or our systems, or put an unreasonable load on them (for example by automated access or scraping);
• resell or copy the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI suggestions and place information

Day plans and suggestions are made with AI, and place details, opening hours, travel times and weather come from third parties such as Google Maps. They can be wrong or out of date. Check opening hours, tickets, prices and travel arrangements before you rely on them. We aren’t a travel agent and don’t book anything for you.

Pro plans and payment

• Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) make all your trips Pro, with 50 AI plans a month. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: Pro then lasts until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• A trip pass is paid once and makes one trip Pro until a week after the trip ends, with 20 AI plans for that trip. Others on the trip get some Pro features too, but not AI.
• In the Android app, payments go through Google Play and follow Google Play’s terms; you manage and cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
• On the web, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You manage and cancel a web subscription from the link in your Paddle receipt or under TrippyDory Pro in the app’s menu.
• Prices are shown before you pay. If we change a subscription’s price, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TrippyDory running, but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering a paid feature you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the unused part.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for losses from relying on plans, suggestions or place information (such as missed connections or closed attractions). Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll publish the new version here with a new date, and tell you in the app or by email when the change matters. Using TrippyDory after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. This doesn’t take away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
